So, maybe Kris isn't my real name. It's not very telling, either, is it? Hm, well...

I do not know you, nor do you know me. Should we cross paths, I hope it is appropriate for me to say I wish I make a good first impression. If our paths have crossed before (but how would you know, as I am nothing but faceless here?), well, I hope you have had pleasant memories of me. Until then, though, we are strangers, and that is both a gift and a loss. You have no judgment over me, nor I over you, but I know nothing of you, nor you of me. Being a complete stranger is both the best thing and the worst, isn't it?

There was once a time where I questioned what and where “it” was—hence, “searching for it.” That time has passed and it's been quite a while since I've felt the need to search for anything else. It's not really much a question as to what “it” is now. I've managed to find it—right in the heart of a girl living over 400 miles away from me. She and I were strangers once with nothing between each other but distance. No history. No judgment. Just strangers talking, talking more and more and more until... well, we couldn't exactly label each other as “strangers” anymore.

It's been quite an adventure with her by my side. We've come a long way and we've learned some new things. We've found answers to questions. We've made our own maps of where it is we want to go, and we're bent on following it and taking the detours we need to take along the way.

I've come a long way from where I was before her. She's made me realize things that I previously had no intention of believing. She's made and helped me understand things I needed to understand.

She's exactly what I've been needing.

She's exactly what I've been yearning for.

She's exactly what I've been searching for.

She's it.
